This data is accessed only to carry out actions you or your administrator explicitly request through the CommandLyne platform, such as drafting emails, scheduling calendar events, retrieving files, organizing tasks, or generating reports from your connected data.

CommandLyne's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data to develop, train, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, including foundational or frontier models. We do not sell, transfer, or disclose Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or any third party for purposes unrelated to the requested service feature. We do not use Google user data for interest-based advertising, creditworthiness determinations, or any purpose not directly requested by you or your administrator. We do not store Google user data in conjunction with foundational or frontier AI models, or co-mingle it with data from other customers or users.

Where your organization has authorized a third-party AI model provider through the CommandLyne platform, Google user data may be transmitted to that provider solely to execute the specific action you have requested. This transmission is subject to the terms and data-processing agreements of the applicable AI model provider.

CommandLyne is the data controller for personal information it collects directly through the platform and website. Where CommandLyne processes personal information on behalf of a customer organization, it acts as a data processor operating under that organization's instructions and applicable data-processing agreements.

AI Model Providers and Sub-Processors

CommandLyne is an AI orchestration platform. When you use the platform, your inputs and relevant contextual data may be transmitted to third-party AI model providers selected by you or your organization. These providers may include, but are not limited to, Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Fireworks AI, Mistral, xAI, Moonshot, and others made available through the CommandLyne platform.

CommandLyne routes your requests to the AI model provider selected for your organization or session. CommandLyne does not build, train, or maintain its own foundational AI models. It operates strictly as a governed orchestration layer.

Third-party AI model providers operate under their own terms of service and data-processing agreements. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the applicable terms of each AI model provider your organization enables through the CommandLyne platform.

The outputs generated by third-party AI models are returned to you through the CommandLyne platform. These outputs are produced by external AI systems operating according to the provider's own logic, training, and data. CommandLyne facilitates the connection between your request and the model provider but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.

Sharing of Information with Third Parties

We may share personal information only where necessary for legitimate business, operational, legal, security, or service-related purposes.

Where your organization uses CommandLyne through an organizational workspace, your organization's administrator is responsible for configuring access controls, permissions, integrations, and usage policies.

Individual users within an organizational workspace are bound by their organization's applicable policies in addition to this Privacy Policy.

You agree to use CommandLyne in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the applicable terms of service, and the acceptable use standards established by Codimite. You will not use CommandLyne to process unlawful content, engage in harmful activities, or violate the rights of others.
